5555bat Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement

Welcome to 5555bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5555bat ("we", "us", "the Platform", "5555bat") in respect of your access to and use of the 5555bat website and all associated gaming and betting services.

5555bat is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Pakistani players. • You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

To open and use a 5555bat account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances in all duplicate accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not attempt to register if you have previously self-excluded from 5555bat or if you are subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order from any gaming platform.

5555bat reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

5555bat accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

Deposit Responsibility: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 5555bat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, it will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Currency: All funds held in your 5555bat wallet are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposit Limits for Responsible Gaming: You may voluntarily set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Decreases take effect immediately.

5555bat is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. For verified accounts, PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within a few hours on the day of the request, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 100.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's own availability. You cannot withdraw to a payment account that is not registered in your own name.

KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification (CNIC and payment method proof) must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding Rs 25,000 is processed. Requests above this threshold submitted by unverified accounts will be held until verification is complete.

Pending Bets: Funds that form part of a live or unsettled bet cannot be withdrawn until the relevant market is settled. Your withdrawable balance is always clearly displayed separately from your bet-in-play balance in your 5555bat wallet.

Withdrawal Delays: In exceptional circumstances — typically related to fraud prevention or an ongoing account investigation — 5555bat may temporarily delay a withdrawal. If this occurs, support will contact you directly within 24 hours of the request to explain the reason and expected resolution timeline.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on 5555bat, including cricket, PSL and all other sports markets offered on the platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 5555bat reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of pricing errors, system faults or suspicious betting patterns.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted on a best-effort basis. Due to the rapidly changing nature of live sports events, 5555bat may temporarily suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Bets that were fully confirmed before suspension remain valid.

Event Cancellation and Postponement:

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled before the result is determined, most markets will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific percentage of the match has been completed (the relevant threshold is stated in the individual market rules).
• If a PSL or Pakistan international match is postponed but played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start, pre-match bets remain valid. Postponements beyond 48 hours result in markets being voided.
• DLS-adjusted results in weather-interrupted matches are treated as official for settling all applicable markets.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake per selection is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event type. For large stake requests on major events, please contact support before placing.

Odds Errors: Where an obviously incorrect price is offered due to a technical error or human input mistake, 5555bat reserves the right to void bets accepted at that price regardless of whether the bet has settled. This applies even after winnings have been credited and applies only where the error is demonstrably obvious (for example, decimal odds of 1.01 offered for a genuinely competitive match outcome).

All card games available on 5555bat — including Teen Patti, Rummy, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, 7 Up Down and Card War — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure genuinely random outcomes. No game outcome on 5555bat is predetermined or manipulated.

Practice Mode: Practice mode tables are available on selected card games. Practice chips have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Practice mode is provided solely for learning purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of outcomes in real-money play.

Disconnection: If your internet connection drops during an active card game hand, disconnection protection applies as described in the individual game rules. 5555bat is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, but we will investigate any legitimate dispute within 48 hours of it being raised with support.

Multi-Accounting at Card Tables: Playing at the same table from multiple accounts, colluding with other players or using any software to gain an unfair advantage at card games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Tournament Rules: Specific rules for Rummy and Teen Patti tournaments — including prize structures, late registration windows and disconnection policies — are published in the tournament lobby before registration. By entering a tournament, you agree to those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

5555bat periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and tournament tickets to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general rules set out here.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 5x, 10x) is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without replacement.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address.
• 5555bat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or amend bonus terms at any time, provided that any change does not retrospectively affect a bonus already accepted by a player and in active use.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent registration, use of multiple accounts or any form of bonus abuse will be forfeited in full along with any associated winnings.

Cashback Offers: Where a cashback promotion is running, cashback is calculated on net losses during the specified promotion period and credited to your account as a bonus balance, subject to any stated wagering requirement. Cashback is not paid on voided or refunded bets.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 5555bat. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, full investigation and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play card games or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players at card game tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on 5555bat.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 5555bat for money laundering in any form.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person to circumvent that person's self-exclusion or deposit limit restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 5555bat staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

5555bat cooperates with Pakistani law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required. Any evidence of criminal activity associated with an account will be reported to the relevant authorities. Balances associated with criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be subject to confiscation by order of competent authority.

5555bat may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Request by the account holder (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Death of the account holder, upon notification and documentation from the estate.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed and returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding investigation. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure. Legitimately deposited funds that have not been wagered will be returned in full.

Appeals: If you believe your account has been incorrectly suspended, you may raise a dispute by contacting support@5555bat.click within 30 days of the suspension notice. 5555bat will respond within 5 business days with a decision and supporting reasoning.

5555bat collects and processes personal data from registered players in order to operate the platform, process payments, comply with KYC obligations and fulfil our responsible gaming commitments. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5555bat's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5555bat is not liable for:

• Losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from the player's own breach of these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind, including loss of profits.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 5555bat's reasonable control (force majeure), including power outages, government orders, natural disasters or third-party platform failures.
• Any gambling losses — all bets placed on 5555bat are made freely by the player and 5555bat cannot be held responsible for the financial outcome of individual betting decisions.

5555bat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an earlier effective date is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page. Continuing to use 5555bat after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any term, or updates to reflect new product features — may be made without individual notification but will always be reflected in the updated date shown on this page.
